Enhancing Education through Technology ARRA Competitive Grant RFA.
The Enhancing Education through Technology ARRA Competitive Grant program provides $300 per student in grades 4-8 at funded schools. Unlike previous rounds, schools that have received an Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) Competitive grant award in prior years may be eligible for this one-time ARRA funding program. Aerospace Education Foundation Educator Grants
The Aerospace Education Foundation (AEF) of the Air Force Association (AFA) is offering "Educator Grants" of up to $250 per academic year to elementary, middle and secondary school instructors for innovative aerospace education activities.
Deadline: Grant applications accepted between 1 August and 15 November.
American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA)
Foundation Classroom Grant Program
The AIAA Foundation's Classroom Grant program is specifically for AIAA Educator Associates. K-12 teachers interested in the development or application of science, mathematics, and technology within the curriculum may qualify for a grant of up to $200 per individual request to supplement the learning program. Each school is limited to up to $1,000 per calendar year.

American Library Association "Great Stories CLUB"
The Great Stories CLUB (Connecting Libraries, Underserved teens and Books) reading and discussion program targets underserved, troubled teen populations. The goal is to inspire young adults who face difficult situations to take control of their lives by embracing the power of reading. Public and school libraries are eligible to apply.
Deadline: Round III applications will be accepted from September 1 - November 1, 2009.
The Braitmayer Foundation is interested in K-12 education in the US; areas of interest are: Curricular and school reform initiative; and preparation of and professional development opportunities for teachers, particularly those that encourage people of high ability and diverse background to enter and remain in K-12 teaching.
Deadline: Summer Grant Cycle - June 1st / Fall Grant Cycle - November 1.
Ezra Jack Keats Minigrant Program
for Public Schools and Public Libraries
The foundation offers minigrants of $500 to school and public libraries for programs that encourage literacy and creativity in children. Programs relating to the work of Ezra Jack Keats are welcome but not required.
Deadline: September 15th each year.
The Lawrence Foundation is a private family foundation focused on making grants to support environmental, education, health, human services and other causes. Grants are awarded twice a year.
Deadline: Letters of inquiry are due April 30 and October 31 for the two grant cycles.
SBC Federal Universal Service Fund which makes funds available to qualified K-12 schools and libraries for telecommunications services and other items; the SBC Foundation supports organizations and programs that enrich and strengthen diverse communities, with emphasis on education, community development, health and human services, and arts and culture.

Staples Foundation for Learning
The mission of Staples Foundation for Learning is to provide funding to programs that support or provide job skills and/or education for all people, with a special emphasis on disadvantaged youth. Grant decisions will be made on a quarterly basis and all information to request a donation must be received by the indicated deadlines.
