• Session 1: SMART™ Board Basic Session
  This is a beginning workshop for teachers who are starting to use or who are interested in using a SMART™ Interactive Whiteboard.
• Session 2: SMART™ Board Intermediate Session
  This is an intermediate workshop for teachers who are ready to take their SMART™ Board Interactive Whiteboard skills to the next level. In this workshop you will learn how to use advanced features such as grouping, layering, and linking. We will also discuss how to add audio and video to create a true multimedia lesson.
• Session 3: SMART™ Internet Resources
  This workshop offers participants a chance to explore websites created specifically for educators where they can download SMART Notebook lessons, Power Points, and other exciting resources to use in conjunction with their SMART Board.
• Session 4: Differentiating Instruction with SMART™
  In this session you will learn multiple ways to differentiate instruction using the SMART Board and Notebook Software. In addition to learning techniques to differentiate whole class instruction, you will also learn how to differentiate a SMART Board center that can be used across the curriculum.
• Session 5: SMART™ Subject-Specific Make and Take
  This is an advanced session offered only to those who have attended both the basic and intermediate session and are consistently using the SMART Board
  In this session you will learn new ways to use the SMART Board in your specific subject area. The presenter will showcase several curriculum examples, and then provide you time to work on a specific lesson integrating some of the highlighted techniques into you subject area. At the end of the session, participants will share their lessons with the rest of the class.
• Session 6: SMART™ Classroom Management.
  Learn ways to use the SMART Board for all your classroom management needs. At the end of this session you will have a template for each of the following: seating chart, attendance/lunch count, transitions, homework, and sub plans.

You may take any or all of the six day training. If you take all six classes, you will receive a Smart Power User Certificate and be elegible to submit your lesson for the SMART Exemplary Educator Program.
