Local Control and Accountability Plan
Existing User
Use 'Create Plan' to create a new plan.
You will first need to enter the requested information including Title, Type of Plan, etc.
Next, you will need to click on a plan from your list of plans at the bottom of the page. A new plan will be created based on the information from the eLCAP you select.
