You may have heard about LACOE’s CalSNAP – one search in one place. You may know that CalSNAP searches both licensed content from CaliforniaStreaming and GO! (Grolier Online Encyclopedia from Scholastic). You may even know that CalSNAP searches a curated collection of Open Education Resources (OERs) -- all with a single sign-on! BUT did you know that the California State Library has licensed three databases for all schools in California-- ProQuest, TeachingBooks.net, and Encyclopedia Britannica? AND did you know that there is now a free version of CalSNAP available to all teachers as well?

Come to one, some, or all of these FREE workshops in the CalSNAP Resource Series to learn about each of the remarkable digital resources for teachers and students. Each session will provide in-depth information about the database resources, allowing hands-on exploration time with content experts for each resource. This session is appropriate for district or site technology leaders, library media specialists and paraprofessionals, curriculum specialists, and classroom teachers. Light snacks will be served. You have the option to register to participate in person or  online.
